Searching for scanned documents can be tiresome and time-consuming. Zoolz Intelligent solves this problem with it’s Optical Character Recognition software, which not only converts any scanned document into searchable data, but will also extract any text from a JPEG or TIFF image.
OCR Scanned Documents
Our Optical Character Recognition engine can extract the contents for all your PDF, TIFF and JPG scanned documents, allowing you to search by content instead of remembering files. To use this service, all you need to do is select your OCR documents or folder location, select the language, and you’re done. We’ll even store the original scanned file for safekeeping on our backend.
Search By Words and Phrases
Forget filenames, you can now search by words and phrases. Our technology has been designed to understand sentence structures and language variations. This means that from any computer or mobile device, you can search any word and Zoolz Intelligent will display the relevant results like a search engine.
Added Features With Zoolz Intelligent
Organize relevant documents by specific tags for easier access and retrieval.
Zoolz Intelligent Cloud offers straight-forward file access control to users or groups to ensure your sensitive documents are only accessed by the intended personnel. You have the freedom to restrict or allow access to specific data. Our platform logs all backups, restores, searches, views, deletes by timestamp and by user.
File Retention & Version Control
Maximise your storage space and set the number of versions and days you wish to keep any file. With our version history, you can clearly see a history of every file stored to undo mistakes. If you have mistakenly deleted a file off your computer, restore it instantly as deleted files are saved on the cloud. Once any data is no longer needed on the servers, you can set a data destruction policy.
Multiple Language Support
The OCR capability currently supports 18 languages, which include:
Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Danish, Dutch, English, German (standard and Fraktur script), Finnish, French, Hebrew, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, and Turkish
